latex2html exists, currently in one of the webmaster's homedir
(mkgray). It segfaults a significant portion of the time; we're
working on debugging it. Also, Christina and I started working on a
frame to HTML converter that's written in perl, not XLISP (yes, there
are worse languages than perl being used. :-). Look for these to
appear somewhere (outland? sipb? frame/tex locker (since I happen to
know the respective maintainers :-)?) There's also work on a Mac Word
converter/authoring macro set that I'll probably put in the Macintosh
SIPB locker, once that happens. :-)
