People who don't want global history can always do XMosaic*useGlobalHistory: false I think putting the global history in ~/Public by default is a bad idea, if nothing else since not everyone has a ~/Public. As for the class www-log, it'll probably go away soon, since Plexus 3.0 supports syslog. ;) --bert
