I was looking into getting PGP for an application we're working on, so I
have the full set of information from ViaCrypt.
Well, according to the documentation from ViaCrypt, if you use DigiSig+
D150, which is a "software cryptographic engine licensed for inclusion with
applications developed with the DigiSig+ Software Development Kit", it'll
cost "$80 to $20, depending on quantity". The DigiSig+ Software Development
Kit - Model K120, two-user license, is $950.
So it looks like as long as you have lots of them, it'll be $20. I think.
That probably doesn't help a lot...
