No. Also, I've re-read my email from PRZ and he didn't explicitly say
version 3.0 was new code, just that there was new code. I'm assuming
a major version number change on it, but maybe not.

Yes. I don't know what the new licensing terms are, but undoubtedly
he does or at least can predict it.
