A new version of 1.3 with several security patches was
released last week. (version httpd_1.3R+ on our ftp server,
ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Web/httpd/Unix/ncsa_httpd)
Unfortunately, hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu (where our documentation
is located) was hit by lighting and will not be back in
service for a couple of days. This only affects our documentation,
the patched code is on the ftp server which is still working.
