I've been looking into the various proposals for security on the web
and I recently came across ARPA's project on Defensive Information
Warfare. It looks like they're planning on making their work
available to the internet community, so I was a bit surprised that I
hadn't seen any pointers to their project from any of the WWW security
sites.
