Win95 stand alone security

I am checking to see if anyone has any information or can direct me to
a company that has security software for Win95 for stand alone systems.
The main goal is to keep the users from altering the OS, icons...etc.
The client is using the systems for Internet Access. Our local phone =
company (NBTel) has been providing Internet access at 10MBPS (it's fast) =
and has not yet approved the use of Windows NT so I have to work with =
Win95.
