Maybe we should consider the reverse approch? If your message doesn't
contain a few keywords in the body of the message, it simply gets dropped?
This seems valid to me, because when the people subscribe to the list,
they would be informed of this unique keyword(s), and periodically we can
have a message sent reminding people how to do it, so all their hollering
to the list has a chance to be heard.
I hope this is clear enough; I'm quite tired :)
