Well, I am sorry, but your mail reader is capitally wrong. ISO-8859-1 can
be seen as an extension to US-ASCII, all characters in the latter are
present in
ISO-8859-1 in the same location. I use the 8859-1 all the time, but this
message looks like the same crap to me as I guess it does to you.
Until othervice proved, I assume this message was written with the sick or
malicious intention to stir up a mail storm, and as always with the members
of this mailing list, the replies are far exceeding normal reaction, in
other words, they succeed.
