Couple good places to start.. First off, the firewalls mailing list at
GreatCircle.COM is excellent for discussion of firewalls and firewall
technology. echo "subscribe firewalls" |mail majordomo@GreatCircle.COM.
Also of note is the book "Building Internet Firewalls" by Brent Chapman
and Elizabeth Zwicky from O'Reilly and Associates, which gives an
excellent overview of firewalls, security policies, and firewall
technology. Both authors are on the GreatCircle list.
The website at Great Circle Associates has a few papers by Chapman, as
well as excerpts from the book, and other firewall-pertinent info.

Simon Garfinkel is in the process of writing a book on WWW security for
O'Reilly, which will hopefully be done by January. It should cover
security issues in Java, as well as various web security issues pertinent
to this list...
