How to move Oracle-DB's to a WWW-Server

Hi,
We have a lot (40GB) of Data (Oracle) on serveral internal DB-servers.
The Data is changing very quickly (500'000 cud/day). The marketing is
thinking about to visualize this on our Web-Server (Oracle-Web-Server).
The configuration of our internal net is flat (no internal firwalls
etc.). We have a Firewall (DEC) against the Internet.
Now the question is: How can we update the web-server trough the
firewall?
I'am shure that we are not alone with this problem...
