Here is netscapes documentation for setting it up. Send me a note

It works really well for the most part and I haven't been able to find
any security problems with it (yet :-). It uses java script to set
things and allows you to specify multiple proxies to use in case one
proxy is down.
I've head the Rumor the MS is going to add a "similar" option that I'm
sure will be incompatible.
