Actually, that is a follow up to my RISKS article in 18.57
(http://catless.ncl.ac.uk/Risks/18.57.html#subj14).  The original subject
was those sites that are poorly layed out, where stripping off filenames
does accidentally give fancy indices where none was intended.

David Skillicorn claims information is second hand; it would work best with
an actual example.

Someone sent me mail claiming that HotBot catalogued his ftp server
after walking over a URL with an ftp scheme.  I tried to look up his
pages (as he suggested) but I couldn't find them there.
