Once again? That was the first time I responded my friend. I would say
he broke the providers rules and it's probably written on a user agreement.
I'm not saying it's a big deal either, but apparently it is against the rules
of his provider. I know plenty of providers that will drop you for spamming.
The $20 isn't worth the hassle of dealing with the pissed people.
