" to be able to talk about an international treaty or the International Spa=
ce Station or international boundaries. If you're set on translating "Inter=
national Space Station" literally on the grounds that it's a proper name=2C=
 probably best not to translate it at all. Or do a parenthetical free trans=
lation afterwards=2C as newspapers often do: e.g. "International Space Stat=
ion (DIvI' Hol=2C {wo' law' tengchaH})".
