AFAIK never used in a sentence.
From startrek.com's "Star Trek: Continuum Klingon Compendium" area ("Klingon Linguistic Studies" (KLS):
"An officer in rank next above a colonel, and below a
major general. He commands a brigade, and is sometimes
shortened simply to brigadier." [KLS]
Is this the army equivalent of a commodore (totlh), i.e. above a captain but below an admiral? (This rank is currently not used in the U.S. Navy.)
The only known Klingon brigadier was Azetbur's advisor Kerla in ST6.
