Where did this definition come from? Again, I strongly urge you to add
source information to these messages.

So far as I know, we haven't seen {qoSta'} in a dictionary-style
entry. The only examples of the word's use that I'm aware of are
recording media. It could very easily be a functional description
rather than a physical one.
