Exactly.  I know I'm not producing the Klingon word for radio. I'm 
just looking for the best way to construct R from existing tools, in 
line with {nIm wIb ngogh} {tera' na'ran wIb} je. By "people" I meant 
tlhIH, not actual Klingons.
