{wej} means "not yet". If you add a verb with -be' (which means 'not'),
then you have used "not" twice.
Say:
{wej tlhIngan pong vIghaj}
"I do not have a Klingon name yet"
This was for beginners, the following is interesting for the advanced:
If you like to distinguish or emphasis the "yet"-part of "not yet", you
could use the suffix {-lI'}, which shows an action coming to a visible end:
{tlhIngan pong vIghajbe'lI'}
"I don't have a klingon name (but this will be over soon)"
