Nope, neither of those. I could possible imagine it being based on <Ha'DIbaH>, but it's quite far from that, too.

In the video, it accompanies a clip from TNG: Hide and Q (the one that gave us such inspiring quotes as "This IS sex, but I have no place for it in my life, now!"), but I checked and it's not from there.
