Never used in a sentence.
Can {qoq} be used for "android"?
Language note (relevant WRT to robots and androids, like Data?):
HQ 10.4: "There is a difference of opinion, however, about which plural suffix to use for a few birds capable of mimicking speech, such as the {vIlInHoD} and the {qaryoq} (and the larger {qaryoq'a'}), with some Klingons using {-mey} but others preferring {-pu'}, the plural suffix for beings capable of using language.
AFAIK we've never seen a Klingon robot, android, or even a talking computer for that matter. Perhaps Klingons are uncomfortable with speaking machines. (Certainly Paramount's special effects people seem to be!)
"Robots" in Trek:
Sargon, Thalassa and Henoch constructed "android robot bodies" for themselves aboard the Enterprise; the referred to them indiscriminately as robots or androids. (TOS "Return to Tomorrow")
The Woden--a large slow-moving, old style ore freighter converted to automation--was destroyed by M-5 in 2268; it was also referred to as an unmanned "robot ship". (TOS "The Ultimate Computer")
