I think this is one of the cases that are and will always be ambiguous.
I once read a title in the newspaper "Police chasing burglars in clowns
costumes" and I was wondering who is wearing the costumes :-)
{batlhHa' bIvangbe'} sounds to me as "You do not behave un-honorably",
i.e. "what you did was not without honor".
Maybe we must repeat the old rule "Klingon is very context related."
