I agree with your footnote, but suggest that you pump up the
formality with a -neS. The human's phrase is about the maximally
formal phrasing of the sentiment available in English, so just match
it in Klingon and you're good. If it were supposed to be a Klingon
saying it, I'd sub something about batlh qawlu'jaj, but for a human,
jIQoSqu'neS fills the bill.
