No examples known. And no known use of *{DIngmoH}.

{jIr} rotate, twirl
{jIrmoH} twirl bat'leth, cause bat'leth to rotate

When the transitivity of a Klingon verb is unknown and the English gloss is ambiguous, my rule of thumb is to assume it's intransitive which allows one to add {-moH} for the transitive form: {tlhe'} vs. ?{tlhe'moH}. Then wait for Maltz to reveal new examples. <g>
