AFAIK that line from CK is the only canon example for {lIgh} "ride". So th=
e question is actually: Can you also use {lIgh} for animals?

I've always used *{lupDuj} for larger passenger shuttles, transport ships, =
runabouts, troopships, as well as airplanes, etc. But what Klingons call t=
hem is unknown.
From DS9 we know there were regular shuttles from DS9 to Bajor and a "Kling=
on transport" was alleged to have been destroyed by the Defiant in DS9 "Rul=
es of Engagement".
