Not quite everything. For instance, {wej...wej} was clearly spoken as
"wait, wait", and {Ha'DIbaH} can't be anything but a
mouth-movement-fit for "animal". But most of his Klingon lines were
indeed spoken in Klingon on the set (with Okrand there to commend his
pronunciation).
