I had to laugh. It was pretty clear from an early stage what 'eSSIm and
Mahoun were up to - my first inkling actually came when she *asked* if
she could touch Mahoun's arms (and in fact I was about to comment and
say that a Klingon would probably use an imperative, but then I read on
a bit further and realised that there was much more going on). But the
QeDpIn, the poor schmuck, just doesn't have a clue. "tayvamvaD jI'utbe',
qar'a'?". Yes, mate, you could say that.
