Which *I've* always interpreted as parallel to the Norse & Old Saxon
oral traditions; histories rendered into poetry -- half sung, half
chanted. {Qoy qeyleS puqloD, Qoy puqbe' je'!} is such a great way to
call an audience to attention, I wouldn't be surprised if it was used
and reused in many a {bom}.
I wonder if there's more emphasis on alliteration, or rhythm rather than
rhyme?
