We know how to say 7 - 3 = 4:  Soch boghHa' wej, chen loS.
But can that be extended to working with units?
For example, would it be possible to say << vagh cheb'a' boghHa' wej' 
cheb ngI'>>
Or are you required to say <<loSmaH cha' cheb ngI'>>
At lower numbers, the latter makes sense, but with greater weights,
I can see the advantage of being able to say <<chorghvatlh cheb'a' 
boghHa' wa'maH wa' cheb ngI'
