You can add verb suffixes *when appropriate*. However, just because
you can do a thing does not mean it's a good idea.

That would need some pretty specific context in order to be a
reasonable thing to say. I can't point to any rules of grammar that
it violates. But I will point out that there's nothing ungrammatical
about {pe'vIl Qong nguvbe'bogh qechmey SuD} either.
