Yes, it does. {ghobe'} is an exclamation, and exclamations "stand as
sentences in their own right." (TKD 5.5)
Since we're on the subjects of conjunctions, note that noun conjunctions
come *after* the final noun of the sequence. {Doch Qob Doch Hurgh je}
"dangerous thing and dark thing"
If you wanted to say "dangerous and dark thing," you can apply both
verbs to a single noun. There are a few ways to do this, but one is:
{Qobbogh Doch 'ej Hurghbogh}. Some would say this as {Qobbogh 'ej
Hurghbogh Doch}. Both are attested.
