Don't ignore compounds and suffixed words. Some possible examples:
nujqoq - nujQoQ
Heghqo' - HeghQo'
ta'Qa' - ta'qa'
DopDaQ - DopDaq
These only matter if you accept the validity of making compounds, of course.
