Indeed. Till now, this is all I knew about it:
{'Iw 'Ip ghomey} "Blood Oath Circles" (name of a well-known
abstract sculpture by {mIStaq}) KCD
Now I know it has a cultural meaning, not just a "well-known sculpture" by
a known {Hew chenmoHwI'}. This is also one of the rare cases where we know
the tlhIngan Hol spelling of a Klingon name but not the "Paramount {Hol}" -
M'Stak (?).
