Not in the version I've usually seen. From my notes:

bIvangchugh 'uQ DaSop. bIQubchugh 'uQ Damoj.
Act and you shall have dinner. Think and you shall be dinner. KCD
   [Klingon not provided on CD]

I think it sounds stronger in Klingon without {vaj}. More inevitable.

Don't forget the exclamation {Ha'} "Let's go! Come on!":

   lu', Ha'!
   Okay, let's go! CK

   Ha', DaH matlhutlh!
Let us go get a drink (now)! PK

   Ha'!
   [untranslated] ST3
[Torg motions boarding party to follow him]

   Ha'!
   [untranslated] ST5
[guard grabs Kirk in Okrona's transporter room]

   Ha'!
   Come along then. RT

Our only example of {ruch} "proceed, go ahead, do it" for reference:

   targhlIj yIngagh! yIruch!
Go mate with your targ! PK [punctuation uncertain]
