Like it or not, {naDev} is a locative, and {juHwIj}, without {-Daq} is
not, so it is very odd to combine them without adding {-Daq} to
{juHwIj}.
Secondly, adding {-Daq} to {joj} ruins its use for measurement. You
are measuring the area between. You are not measuring the location of
the area between.
Thanks for catching my many errors, but I do think you introduced a
few of your own.
