Under no circumstances should Hamlet or paghmo' tIn mIS be considered
canonical Klingon. The KLI considers all Klingon by Marc Okrand to be
canon, not all Klingon licensed by Paramount. If that were the case,
even The Grammarian's Desk would be considered canonical.
The works by SeQpIr should be considered good Klingon reading -- I
recommend them to everyone -- but not official.
