I'm pretty sure this is "I estimate an 8,000-kellicam attack range." The
noun phrase "8,000-kellicam attack range" should be interpreted as
emphasis, not topic.
What's always bothered ME about this sentence isn't the underlying
grammar, it's the new word. We either have {HIvchuq} "attack range (n)"
or {HIv chuq}, with {HIv} "attack (n)." We can't tell which.
