Discussion resulting from trying to translate this into Klingon:-
(0) the stranger walks in my heart <as if> it were his own
On 26 Apr 93 09:45:25 GMT I suggested an adverb-forming suffix. If it is
represented by `X`, we could have, e.g.:-
(1) ghitlh ghaH buQX he writes threateningly
(2) loghX jatlh reH ghaH he always talks like a spaceman
(3) vineH 'e'X bijatlh you talk as if I wanted [to do] it
On 27 Apr 93 11:20:38 EDT David R.Barron suggested using `Da` = "act like a":-
"The stranger walks in my heart as if it were his own."

But these solutions are considerably longer than my "new suffix" suggestion,
and need the structure of the sentence to be turned inside out to turn the
adverb into the main verb; and the resulting meaning of (2) is doubtful. But
this `Da` could be extended to be used as my suffix `X` hereinabove:-
(0) the stranger walks in my heart as if it were his own
tiqwijDaq yit nov, ghaj 'e'Da (or)
tiqwij ghaj 'e'Da 'oHDaq yit nov
(1) ghitlh ghaH buQDa he writes threateningly
(2) loghDa jatlh reH ghaH he always talks like a spaceman
(3) vineH 'e'Da bijatlh you talk as if I wanted [to do] it

New vocabulary needed: in (1), for `ghaj`, a word is needed that means
"legal ownership" rather than "physically having it on him".

An aside: my analyser says that `IqwIjDaq` = "in my heart" and also "at the
heart farm" - If an apple tree grows apples, what does a heart tree in fruit
look like? The idea beggars description.
