How do you say
I was instructed to report here for further orders
or
My ship is laid up for repairs for a month

I'm very confused on how Klingons say "blah blah blah for such-and-such".

I translated the first as:
	Dara'lu'pu' latlh pa' 'ooH Dochvam'e' vIjaH vIghojmoHlu'pu'meH
(blech!)
and the second as
	DujwIj lu'pu'lu' maH nujuS jar.
(slightly less blech...)

Note the different tlhIngan construction for the same English construction.

So, grammarians, outta your foxholes; beat me, whip me, call me a Ferengi,
but please help me...

(Well, you can call me a Ferengi until my disruptors are charged... :> )
