Klingon Language List
I am creating sentences and their translation for my own diversion and
exercise and on a few of these I am uncertain. You'll notice that most of
these are about how to form questions. Here are my examples:
"Is you water cold enough?" <bIr yap'a' bIQlIJ> my uncertainty is
on the order of the words. If I were to say "Your water is cold." <bIr
bIQlIj> so is <yap'a' bIr bIQlIj> lugh law'?
"tattoo" or "thing made intentionally on the skin"
<Doch chenmoHta'bogh SurghDaq> lugh'a'?
"Use only as directed." <Dara'lu' chay' yIlo'nIS> or
<chay' Dara'lu' 'e' chay' yIlo'nIS>
"Under which(what) container is the bug?>
<ngaSwI' nuq bIgnDaq 'oHtaH ghew'e'> Dochvam Qatlh. jIwuQ.
"What do we do now?" <DaH chay' maghoS> This one I'm fairly certain is
correct.
