Simple. In Klingon, you make the direct question, and put the verb of
asking with it. Refer to 6.2.5, p67 in the middle ("Similarly, with
verbs of saying (say, tell, ask, etc)..."). For example:
ghorgh paw vulqanvo' 'ejDo' vItlhobpu' "I asked him when the starship
from Vulcan arrives"
