I'll answer the easy question.

>(10) How to say "to cause" as a separate word. Do I use `moH` as a separate
>word despite its homophony with `moH` = "be ugly"?

I would use "qaSmoH", "cause to happen" or "cause to occur".

E.g. "I caused the commander's death," "ra'wI' Hegh vIqaSmoHpu'."
