Regarding Eddie Maise's comments on how the scripts likely look:
Actually, my guess is that they write it out in normal Klingon, but give
the actors little or no training in how to pronounce it (at least in the
TV shows; the movies seem to get more attention, typically Okrand's
personal attention). The evidence for this is that one can often figure
out what the actor is *trying* to say by guessing at how someone would
mispronounce Klingon if they didn't know any better.
