[Prefatory notes. This is a love poem, though a bit odd in that it is
addressed to a woman who is also a warrior. It is apparantly a more recent
one in that it is both shorter and less structured than the typical Klingon
poem. It has been suggested it was written by a Klingon warrior for a woman
who was in a frontier settlement which was attacked by natives. The
editor reserves judgement, and merely points out it has some popularity
among the more feminist-oriented Klingons.]
