It is easy to get lost among so many affixes. My problem is that the
{-moH} makes the sentence cast as the English translation describes.
Unfortunately, that means that {poH'e'} is the SUBJECT of the really long
word, and you have placed it as the object. It is a simple and small error.
The English also forgets the {-nIS}, another small error. I also doubt that
you need the {-'e'}, since the relative clause has only one head noun.
Correcting these, you get:
jatlhnISbe'choHmoHbogh poH Sov SuvwI'na'
"A true fighter knows the time which causes him to begin to not need to
speak."
That's the way *I* read it, anyway, for what it is worth.
