Conserning Klingon puntuation, I think it's for the moment irrelevent,
primarally because we aren't writing Klingon. Instead were writing some
phonetic version of Klingon. This is entirely for our benifit, since it
would be impossable to have this listserve if it only permitted the Klingon
alphabet to be used. Thus I will be perfectly happy to use periods and
commas and such until such time when somebody invents the "pIqaD", at which
point I will use the puntuation described by it when writing in the
Klingon alphabet.
