I'm not a lawyer (and I don't play one on TV).

My limited understanding of the copyright is just that, limited.

My suspicion is that 1) if the program is given away freely and NOT sold, and
2) the recipient already owns a properly purchased copy of TKD, that there is
not a copyright infringement.

However, just to play it safe, I'll pass the question along to the KLI's
intellectual copyright and patent lawyer (yes folks, we really do have one!)
and see what he says.  My best guess is that he will recommend erring on the
side of caution, but I'll ask anyway.  Of course, I won't be able to ask him
for several days so, please, try and be patient.
