This is rather the same philosophy I had when I began my project. It
does not *interpret* tlhIngan, as such. It breaks down words and
presents meanings of component parts. I too started just by entering
the lexicon, and intended to just look things up quickly. Then, I
decided that my computer could do so much more, so I applied myself to
programming what I wanted. With the parser I wrote, you still have to
know the grammar; you're lost without it, and I say so in the doc.
If people are interested, I will send out copies of the doc file to
any who request of me. Let's keep this traffic off the list, though.
