there is a variety of foods;

nIm, yoghurt, mayonnaise je bIH 'op Sarvam Soj'e'.
for example milk, yoghurt, and mayonnaise.

mu'mey lulo'lu';
in order for someone to describe this kind of foods in english, he
uses the words "zero fat" or "light"

but in Greek, I simply call them "crap"
