This is usually not a problem in subtitled movies, because the subtitles
are usually in complete sentences, or at least broken into complete
thoughts. Klingon is not so "backward" in this regard that it is unique.
/Star Trek: Discovery/ only shows sentence fragments. This problem has
been created by whoever decided to put sentence fragments up as subtitles.

If a sentence is going to span several seconds, with pauses and all, you
just put up the full sentence and leave it up for however long it takes
the speaker to finish. Problem solved.
